250kWe Biomass CHP (waste wood) – Furniture Manufacturer
Sustainable Energy has been working with UKs leading CHP company to develop small scale biomass CHP projects using the wood waste residues from on-site manufacturing processes, to provide heat and power directly to the end-user. One such project is the installation of a 250kWe biomass CHP plant at a furniture manufacturers in South Wales. Such projects not only deliver carbon dioxide savings from the generation of green electricity and heat onsite, but also reduce emissions and costs that would otherwise result from the haulage of wood by-products from the factory.
