Sustainable Energy offers a full remote monitoring and management service that ensures biomass projects deliver the cost and CO2 savings they set out to achieve. Our unique management and monitoring service involves installation of a monitoring box that is connected to plant equipment and instruments within your biomass boiler house. The system sends daily reports of system status and performance to a central staffed control centre where we keep a close eye on how your system is performing. Any fault or alarm signal is emailed and texted immediately to our control centre, where in-house specialist engineers are able to diagnose problems and determine the appropriate course of action. Our service and systems don't stop at the monitoring of the biomass boiler but can extend to monitoring of the whole heating system if required.
Some advantages of our monitoring service are: automated performance reporting sent to you monthly, remote fuel ordering alerts, service interval and response, and breakdown alarms investigated remotely for rapid response.
The full biomass boiler system management service can include annual and interim service and maintanence contracts to cover aspects such as wood fuel procurement, RHI management and maintenance to keep your system operating effectively, leaving you free to carry on with your core business.
