Services Through Feasibility, Design, Construction and Operation

We have a proven track record of renewable energy projects that were designed and installed to best practice and as a result are now operating successfully and meeting both the client's and design objectives. We also undertake ongoing monitoring and management for many of our client's completed installations, this gives us the opportunity to confirm the ongoing success of the project and verify the actual outputs against design criteria. Feasibility

At feasibilty stage, we provide practical, useful project evaluations which are completely independent and unbiased. As we are not connected to any technology providers, our solutions and recommendations will always be the best possible solution for the client. As we have considerable practical project experience, we take a very pragmatic approach to our feasibility assessments, taking into account real-life project considerations and issues. During the assessment process, there may be many reasons why a project is not viable; we pride ourselves on our honesty and integrity and will always let you know straight away if we believe a project is not viable. We would only want develop a project if we believe that it can meet the client's objectives.

Design

A detailed feasibility assessment will provide sufficient information to allow a decision to be made to proceed with the project; the system then needs to be designed. Our design services include detailed system design, development of technical specifications for main plant equipment and contractors, production of technical drawings and development of tender packs.

Construction

We regularly provide technical support throughout the construction phase of projects, in the role of 'Client's Engineer' or 'Lead Consultant'. The purpose of this role is to represent and support the client by undertaking continual value engineering, advising on contract negotiations, reviewing all technical submissions from suppliers and contractors, verifying that the project is conforming to the design and specification and signing off the key project stages when complete. We also regularly undertake the role of Commissioning Manager, which is a key role to ensure that the delivered solution is set up and functioning to design intent.

Operation

Our services do not end with installation and handover; we provide plant management services ranging from basic remote monitoring and servicing to full asset management of larger energy systems.
