Dr. Gabriel J. Gallagher  BEng PhD CEng MEI MIMechE - Managing Director

Gabriel has worked extensively in the energy industry since 1997 including a research position with the International Flame Research Foundation in Netherlands. With the combination of academic and industrial experience, Gabriel contstantly proves himself as an extremely innovative engineer gaining a PhD and Chartered Engineer status. Gabriel is a qualified energy expert and registered as a 'Carbon Trust' consultant as well as acting for the Biomass Heat Accelerator. A full Chartered member of the Energy Institute and Institute of Mechanical Engineers, Gabriel maintains the highest accreditations in the field.

Marc Howell  B.Eng (hons) C Eng MIET - Business Development Manager

Marc is a Chartered Engineer and member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology. He brings with him a wealth of experience in the biomass heating industry, having been involved in the industry since 1999 following Operations Management roles within BOC plc. Marc was one of the founders of Wood Energy Ltd in 2002, helping it to grow into the UK�s market-leader in medium/large automated wood-fuelled boiler installations. Some of the many installations for which Marc has been directly responsible include The Senedd Building, Cardiff Bay (360kW pellets), 3 Assembly Square, Cardiff Bay (400kW pellets), Plas Crug district heating scheme, Aberystwyth (1.6MW wood-chip), Ysbyty Alltwen, Tremadog, Gwynedd (840 kW wood-chip), and the Penmorfa district heating scheme , Aberaeron (550kW wood-chip).

Christina Woodman  BEng PgC AAT - Projects Manager

Chrissy has a degree in Civil Engineering, Post Graduate Certificate in Management and is a qualified PRINCE2 practictioner. Chrissy has eight years experience in facilities management and building operations before joining the Sustainable Energy team in 2002. Chrissy is responsible for management and quality control of consulting contracts.

Thomas Milne  BEng MEng - Project Engineer

With a First Class Engineering degree from Cardiff University Tom joined Sustainable Energy Ltd to work in the fast growing biomass and bioenergy industry. Tom has already worked extensively on number of high profile biomass projects.

Eugene J. Hoeberechts  Dipl.-Ing. MBA - Chairman

Eugene has an international commercial background representing multi-national companies at board level (Klockner and Phillips). With an MBA to complete his engineering background (electrical/electronic), Eugene chairs the board of Sustainable Energy Ltd.
